The complex comprises 18 four-bedroom villas and a commercial facility, capitalizing on the limited availability of luxury 4-bedroom villas in the area. RV Capital entered this USD 9 million investment in November 2023, and the project is expected to be completed in June 2025. The investment strategy focuses on generating alpha through prime location, scale, vertical integration, and the layering of commercial services like F&B and spa facilities. Since the initial investment, the property value has increased by over 20%.
